Please print this form and mail or e-mail along with full tuition payment.
This is a student choice class!
Choose your baskets and choose your days.
Classes run from 8 am - 5 pm.
Please sign up for 1 or 2 One-day projects, or 1 Two-day project.
Cost is $35 for a half day project - Half day projects begin at 10:00 a.m. either day.
All fees must be paid in advance to reserve your space in class.

Students must bring: - basket scissors, small needle nose pliers or bent nose pliers, diagonal cutters.
