If you hear the answering machine during normal working hours we were unable to make it to work and will reopen as soon as possible.

If you call and the phone just rings and rings and rings and rings, it might mean the power is out. When I am at the far end of the warehouse it does take me a few rings to answer but no answer means no power. We have an electric phone system that goes down with no power. Please check for updates on Facebook as well as to this page and the banner on the Home Page of the webiste.

We answer the phone during our regular hours of 10-4 Monday through Friday (closed 1st Fridays).

FOR CONTACTLESS PICKUP PLEASE CHOOSE THE STORE PICKUP OPTION DURING CHECKOUT OR LET US KNOW BY CALLING OR EMAILING AND YOUR ORDER WILL BE OUTSIDE IN A WEATHERPROOF BIN. LET US KNOW APPROXIMATELY WHEN YOU'D LIKE TO PICK UP YOUR ORDER AND PLEASE WATCH FOR OUR EMAIL REPLY TO BE SURE THAT WE HAVE HAD TIME TO GET YOUR ORDER READY.
