Cane - Includes full instructions and photos for horseshoe & round shaped seats, working on a curved rocker back as well as good instructions and pictures fro tying off the ends of cane underneath the seat. Please note that this book does NOT cover repairing pre-woven cane.
Rush - Instructions and photos are for a natural rush seat woven from cattails with an instruction section on weaving a fiber rush seat.
Hong Kong Grass, Rope & Twine Seats - Includes full instructions and photos for a checker board pattern & Twill pattern (also known as a Mexican weave) and basic plastic clothesline instructions.
Splint - Includes full instructions and photos for weaving a basic herringbone (twill) seat from a wide, flat material such as 1/2" flat reed as well as a section with some photos and instructions on working with other materials (such as wide binding cane & flat oval) and patterns (such as porch weave).
